What do I do when I receive my order?

Do not touch dry ice icon

Do NOT touch the DRY ICE with your BARE HANDS.

STEP 2
Unbox package icon

Unbox on arrival (keep in bakery box while thawing).

STEP 3
Refrigerator icon

Refrigerate thaw (overnight) for best results.

Calendar icon

Cake may be kept frozen for up to one month after arrival for peak freshness.

STEP 4
Remove cake collar icon

Remove cake collar and gusset bag while cold.

STEP 5
Clock icon

Bring to room temp 2–4 hours prior to serving.

STEP 6
Refrigerator with leftovers icon

Wrap leftovers in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

How do I safely handle and dispose of DRY ICE?

Your order is shipped frozen with DRY ICE to maintain freshness during transit.
Please adhere to safety guidelines when handling.

Dry ice can cause severe burns or frostbite. Always handle with gloves or a towel.

Never ingest dry ice or place it in food or beverages.

VENTILATION REQUIRED

As dry ice sublimates, it releases carbon dioxide gas, which can be harmful in enclosed spaces. Keep in a well-ventilated area.

Allow remaining dry ice to sublimate at room temperature in a ventilated space.
